Traffic noise infiltrates rooms, so don’t expect a peaceful night unless you're equipped with earplugs. The layout causes sounds from parties and guests to echo throughout the hotel, making it a less than restful environment. Limited sunbed availability means you’re competing for space on busy days.

Los Patios Cool Living combines a vibrant community atmosphere with the comfort of a fine hotel. My stay in the Nutibarra room was delightful, featuring a spacious layout and welcoming decor. The included breakfast was generous, and dining at the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering a stunning 360-degree view of Medellín. The staff, especially David, provided exceptional service, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The check-out policy could be better, as the 11 am time was restrictive.

The rooftop terrace with the bar and restaurant offered incredible views. The pool area was relaxing. The room had a functional kitchenette, but I found the lighting in the bathroom to be insufficient. Street noise and disturbances from other guests were a bit overwhelming, especially during the night. The staff members were attentive and helpful, adding a positive touch to my stay. Breakfast options were tasty but somewhat limited, and the cleanliness of my room was consistently high. I appreciated the vibrant and community-oriented atmosphere, with easy access to local restaurants within walking distance. However, the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow, which made it problematic to work remotely. Additionally, a more efficient check-in process would have improved the experience, as I had to wait for door access. I also think they should consider offering small refrigerators in the rooms for convenience.
